Our packages are ideal for light applications and include free domain mapping, web disk space, Oracle Directories*, PDF printing, as well as free Google Apps Email integration upon request. We also offer a chocie of US, UK, and EU hosting locations.

Google Apps Email allows you to use your own domain name for email accounts. The Standard Edition is free and currently offers 6 GIG per email address.

Q: What are the limitations on 10g Express?

A. Oracle 10g Express does have inherent limits in terms of security and feature set. In general, an XE based APEX solution is appropriate for small, light applications. You can learn more about feature set and security limitations here. Our goal in offering our shared packages is to make APEX accessible so that you can host your application using your own domain or subdomain at a reasonable price.

Q: Is there any minimum contract length?

A: No. Billing is month to month and you can cancel at any time.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept PayPal (US and UK) as well as all major credit / debit cards (US and UK). Please Note: although PayPal is the single option listed on our checkout page, you do NOT require a PayPal account - you can simply elect to use a Credit, Debit, or Switch card at PayPal checkout. The option to do so is on the left side of the PayPal checkout page.

Q: Can I buy additional space?

A: Yes. additional space can be added at pricing proportionate to above. Please contact us for details or order via your client area if you are an existing customer.

Q: Can I use use my own domain name?

A: Yes! We can map a new or existing domain or sub domain via Apache so that www.yourdomain.com, for example, will map to your specififed application (www.yourdomain.com/apex/f?p.....).

Q: Do I need to use my own domain name?

A: No. You can use ours if you prefer.

Q: If I wish to use my own domain name, must I have purchased the domain through you?

A: No. You can use a domain purchased anywhere.

Q: Where are your servers located?

A: We offer UK, US, and EU based hosting. You can select your server location during check out. Germany and Netherlands based servers subject to availability.

Q: Is my data backed up?

A: Yes. Daily back ups are taken are our end and all servers are run in RAID configuration with archive logging.

Q: How many domain names can I use?

A: For APEX 1 and 2, we will map 1 domain or subdmain. For APEX 3 and 4, we will map 2 domains or subomains. Additional domains are £5.00 / $7.50 per year.

Q: Your PHP Hosting, ASP.NET Hosting, and Java Hosting all include client software, if I have an APEX account, can I program the above plans against my APEX schema?

A: Yes. If you have any of our PHP, ASP.NET, or Java hosting plans, along with any APEX package, you can utilize your alloted Oracle Space however you like.

Q: Can you host my .de or .fr domain?

A: Yes - our DNS meets DENIC and AFNIC requirements.

Q: Do 10g SE or 11g SE APEX hosting?
